1. How do I get my money back for a failed order?
If the Buyer has not received the Delivery of the item within the stipulated timelines, Buyer can raise a Touch Africa Refund Claim for the entire Transaction Price paid within 5 days from the expiry of the Delivery Time or such Delivery Time Extension that has been accepted by the Buyer, whichever is later.
If a Touch Africa Refund Claim is raised by the Buyer, the Seller has the option to disagree to the same. Touch Africa may put the buyers Touch Africa Refund Claim on hold for checks and verifications.
Violations of any of these policies may result in a range of actions, including
Cancellation of payment
Refund Claim being put on hold
or rejection of a refund claim2. Where do i collect my items
Once an order has been made and payment received,Touch Africa will deliver the items to the specified address3. What method of payment do you accept?
